Camping Cap-Lumière Beach

Beachfront campground in a beautiful setting facing the ocean, fully serviced with 20-, 30- and 50-amp sites. Big rigs are welcome. Long and private 8-km (5 mi.) beach accessible by foot and fishing wharf nearby. The Cap-Lumiere Beach Campground is a short drive from Kouchibouguac National Park (25 minutes), Bouctouche (20 minutes), Shediac (30 minutes) and Moncton (50 minutes). This Canadian Heritage River marks the international boundary between New Brunswick and the State of Maine in the USA. The Peskotomuhkati Nation and other First Peoples have lived along the river for more than 4000 years.

Thomas Williams House

Step back in time at the Victorian Thomas Williams House! Tour the home of this prominent Monctonian, who was the treasurer for the Intercolonial Railway. Built in 1883, this heritage home stands as an elegant symbol of local life during the Victorian era. Today, the Thomas Williams House is a designated municipal heritage site. Open during the summer months, it features special events and a tearoom where tea and light snacks are served.
