Jacquet River Campground

The Campground is within walking distance of the beach, convenience store, canteen, etc. If its natural beauty you are looking for we have it from Sunrise to Sunset. There is a playground to keep the kids occupied while you sit back and enjoy your stay.

Miramichi History Museum

Originally founded in 1897 the museum houses an extensive collection of natural and cultural history artifacts and is one of the most unique museums in New Brunswick. The museum is also center for genealogy and historical research for Miramichi ( includes shipbuilding history).

Hampton Visitor Information Centre

Stop at the Hampton Visitor Information Centre, located in the old Railway Station, to receive information about this region of the province, such as: • Travel assistance and itinerary planning • Information about events, attractions and festivals It is also home to the Railway Heritage Site, where visitors can view railway artifacts and peruse information on display. You'll also find a gift shop featuring the work of local artisans.

Alma (Fundy-Albert)

Stop at the Harvey Visitor Information Centre, on the River Valley Scenic Drive, to receive FREE services to enhance your travel experience, such as: Travel assistance and itinerary planning Information about attractions Gift shop Located on Route 3 at Upper Village Mall, the Centre offers wonderful displays on the history of the Harvey area. There is paved parking, free Internet and accessible rest rooms.

Gravel Island Park

Located on the banks of the St. Croix River, Gravel Island Park is the perfect place if you love canoeing and backwoods camping. Featuring 3 tent sites and 6 trailer sites along with a put-in launch for canoes/kayaks. Located close to Scott Brook Provincial Park, a great way to spend the day is to canoe from one park to the other.

Pabineau Falls

The Pabineau Falls are recognized in the Chaleur Region for their grandiose beauty! Located in the Pabineau First Nation, the falls are on the Nepisiguit River and are surrounded by breathtaking nature.

Kellys Beach

Go for a dip in some of Canada's warmest saltwater beaches! With 25 km (15.5 mi.) of golden sand dunes and a ½ km (.3 mi.) long boardwalk, this supervised beach is the perfect spot to relax, swim and build a sandcastle. Kellys Beach offers access to all the amenities: change rooms, washrooms, showers and a food concession. It's a great spot for families, with plenty of picnic areas and bike trails.

Quoddy Link Marine Inc.

Stable, spacious, spectacular! Saint Andrews' most experienced whale watcher. Our 55-ft. power catamaran is capable to travel further to sight more types of whales more often, and spend more time in the whales' feeding grounds. Every excursion includes narration by marine biologists for the most educational experience, an on-board touch, as well as complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. We provide gift certificate and donations to many local fundraisers and causes.

150th Anniversary Heritage Room Museum

Legacy of Saint-François-de-Madawaska's 150th anniversary festivities, this museum was left to the community in 2009 with an aim of keeping the region's heritage alive for generations to come. The collection of artifacts, religious objects and belongings from pioneers and their descendants present the community's rich history.
