Le Gîte de la Sagouine

Gîte de la Sagouine was built in 1880, and the rich heritage of the house has a Victorian feel to it. Its 4 bedrooms and 2 suites are furnished with beautiful antiques. Each room and suite has a private bath. Stepping inside the inn, you enter a quiet refuge that fills your heart with tranquility after a day exploring the Acadian seaside community of Bouctouche, its lively attractions, sand dunes, gentle ocean breezes, and its friendly people who make you feel like family.

Loomcrofters Studio

The Loomcrofters Studio building is one of the oldest buildings in New Brunswick, dating to about 1789. Visit Loomcrofters Studio, operated by Queens County Heritage, to hear the story of the New Brunswick Tartan and many others; try your hand at weaving on one of the antique looms; and discover one of the oldest buildings still standing in New Brunswick.

Boultenhouse Heritage Centre

New Brunswick boasts a strong shipbuilding tradition. Visitors to Sackville can explore this aspect of the province's industrial past at Boultenhouse Heritage Centre, named after the town's most prolific shipwright, Christopher Boultenhouse. The centre consists of three buildings — a Georgian style house built by the Bulmer family circa 1790, a house built in the Greek revival style in 1840 by Boultenhouse, and the Anderson Octagonal House circa 1855.

Grande-Rivière Cross-Country Ski Centre

The Grande-Rivière Cross-country Ski Centre, commonly known as the Club Skirakdoo, is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based organisation that has been operating for more than 40 years. The club offers groomed cross-country ski trails as well as trails for snowshoeing and fat biking, a main lodge and warming huts along the trails.
