Southern Victoria Historical Museum

PROVINCIAL HERITAGE PLACEThe former St. James United Church, the oldest surviving building in the community of Perth-Andover, is designated as a Provincial Heritage Place for its architecture and its social and cultural value in relation to this part of Victoria County. Now a museum, it houses a collection of tools, farm equipment, dishes, clothing, maps, photographs and other artifacts from the local area.

Located less than 10 km (6 mi.) from St. Stephen and 30 km (19 mi.) from St. Andrews by-the-Sea.

Charlotte County Museum

The Charlotte County Museum is a unique, semi-guided walk through the history of Charlotte County, New Brunswick. The museum's mission is to preserve and promote the rich history and heritage of Charlotte County through the exhibition of historically significant artifacts, photos and stories. We strive to be an open, hands-on museum. Free tours. Donations gratefully accepted.

Belleisle Bay Ferry

Toll-free service operated year-round by the provincial government between Route 124 in Earle Wharf and Route 850 near Long Point. Enjoy the views while on this 1-km (0.6 mi.) ferry ride across Belleisle Bay and stop at local favourites like Bates Landing roadside market, in business since 1980 and open from June to October. For 24-hour information about ferry service interruption notices, call 511 (in New Brunswick) or 1-800-561-4063 (out of province).

Oromocto Trails

Enjoy year-round fun on our three trail systems here in Oromocto! Families can experience a leisurely walk at our Deer Park trails, Gateway trails with their lovely bridges and along the Trans-Canada Trail. The River Valley Cycling Club maintains the Deer Park trails in the winter which are great for fatbiking.

St. Martins Farmers Market

Drop in to the historic Treitz Haus, located next to Bore Park in downtown Moncton, for information about Moncton and South East New Brunswick. This full-service centre has friendly, knowledgeable staff and accessible washrooms. A variety of FREE services will enhance your travel experience, such as travel assistance and counselling, information about local, regional and provincial events, attractions and festivals, as well as free Wifi.
