Yeoman's Footbridge

Built in 1983, this footbridge is 100 m (328 ft.) in length. Driving directions: Route 1, Exit 158, Route 100 West 2.7 km (1.6 mi.), Lakeside Road 4.7 km (2.9 mi.), Route 860 East 4 km (2.5 mi.). Driveway to footbridge is the first on the right after passing the Robertson Road.

Beach Park

This unsupervised saltwater beach is part of a recreational tourism facility that includes outdoor showers, washrooms, picnic tables, volleyball courts, horseshoe pitches, welcome centre with outdoor theatre. Enjoy music at the beach every Sunday afternoons during the summer.

A self-guided, 5-km (3-mi.) walking trail that runs along Trout Creek, through wooded areas and by three Ducks Unlimited ponds and the Sussex Bark Park. A great opportunity to get close to nature.

Briggs & Little Woolen Mills Ltd.

Established in 1857, Briggs and Little Woolen Mills Ltd. is currently the oldest woolen mill in Canada. It has been rebuilt four times due to fire, yet still after more than 165 years, stands as a testament to quality and tradition. Briggs and Little carries an inventory of 100% Canadian made pure wool yarns and an 80/20 wool nylon blend yarn. On-site retail store open year-round.

Camping Murraywood

Full-service campground with a family atmosphere located on beautiful Chaleur Bay. Some shaded sites, 15, 30 and 50 amps. Indoor and outdoor family activities. 0.5 km (0.3 mi.) from the municipal beach where explorers can even find fossils.

Mill Brook No. 0.5 Covered Bridge (Nelson Hollow)

Built in 1900, this the oldest covered bridge in New Brunswick and is 25 m (81 ft.) in length. Driving directions: Route 8, Exit at Nelson Hollow Drive or Lyons Road. The bridge is closed to vehicular traffic, but is seasonally accessible to pedestrians. (Not in service)

Magnetic Hill
