The crossing of Chaleur Bay, one of the world's most beautiful bays, is an open water event linking Miguasha Beach in Quebec (Nouvelle) to Charlo Beach in NB (Heron Bay). The crossing is 9.5 km long. Less demanding distances are also possible, namely the 1 km and the 3 km (start and arrival from Charlo's beach).
