The annual Fricot Franco Festival is a free, five-day celebration of music, laughter and Acadian spirit in the heart of downtown Dieppe. Inspired by the traditional Acadian dish fricot, the festival celebrates Acadian culture, French language, and the lively Francophonie through live concerts, comedy shows, family-friendly activities, circus acts, and performances by some of the region's top Acadian and francophone artists. The festivities culminate with the National Acadian Day celebration.
