Fast, flat and fun! First held in 1979, the Fredericton Marathon is the Maritime Provinces' oldest marathon and has been named the best Boston Marathon qualifier by Canadian Running Magazine. Each Mother’s Day weekend, over 3,000 participants join this volunteer-driven, not-for-profit event for races from youth fun runs to full marathons. Half marathon, 10km, 5km and Youth Fun Run options are also available.
