Kasakayak

Family owned and operated Old Town kayak and canoe rentals, Kasakayak is located in Saint-Joseph de Madawaska, NB and was founded in 2013 on the banks of the Green River. Two popular river runs are offered: the Remous tourneux to Lunts Brook, and the Second Sault to Prime bridge. In addition, an shuttle service back to your vehicle is available after your ride.

OutdoorsNB provides the perfect way to explore the natural beauty of the Nerepis watershed, just upstream of the rental location on the Saint John River at 54 Mallard Drive. Rent for 1.5 or 3 hours, all day or rent for offsite use.

Pioneer Lodge & Log Cabins

Pioneer Lodge and Log Cabins has three fully equipped cabins. Enter into the living area with a fireplace for those cozy nights, and a full kitchen. The second room has two beds and a bathroom. Inside the lodge, you can curl up with a drink by the fire, or play pool. Reservations are required for the restaurant. Close to ATV and snowmobile trails, Pioneer Lodge is a great escape from city living!

Kennebecasis River No. 9 Covered Bridge (Plumweseep)

Bridge built in 1911 located near Sussex in Plumweseep, which means “Salmon River” in Wolastoqey (Maliseet) language. Length: 22.5m (74') Directions: Route 1, Exit 198, Route 114 north for 1.5 km (0.9 mi.). Turn left on to Plumweseep Road.

Kedgwick Pioneer Tower

The Pioneer tower was built for the Kedgwick centennial in 2015. In the tower, the pioneer tree pays tribute to the pioneer families of our community. The 11-metre (37-feet) high tree has more than 8000 maple leaves. In the tower you will also find a display, a visitor information centre, a gift shop and other works of art.
