Carroll’s Distillery is a nano distillery specializing in rum. All spirits are produced completely on-site from Crosby’s fancy molasses, with exception to the vodka being sourced from a bulk supplier. Spirits are sold onsite and online through webstore. Craft beer available in cans. Free tours available by appointment. 19+
