Bill Johnstone Memorial Park

This park located in the heart of Sackville includes a splash pad, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, bandstand, activity centre, artistic fountain, and public washrooms. The park is also home to the Sackville Farmers Market, music concerts, movies in the park, and many more events throughout the year. The activity centre is available for rent. A lovely spot for families near our stores and restaurants.

Ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts, well-known for trout fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Enjoy the biking trail and picnic area along Route 144 and drive up to visit the Pointu de la rivière Verte lookout, a park with trails and an observation tower offering a splendid 360-degree view on the entire region. In the fall, the splendid landscape transforms itself into a symphony of colors.

White Rock Recreation Area

White Rock Recreational Area, located on the Golf Club Road just before the Hillsborough Golf Club, offers beautiful walking and mountain bike trails. Trails are built on a former gypsum mine, so you can definitely expect to see some white rocks on and around the trails! For mountain bikers, White Rock Recreational Area has both some challenging trails and lots of different terrain. Many of the Green trails are multi-purpose or shared trails so there’s lots to explore, while intermediate and expert trails provide an excellent challenge to more experienced riders.

Aboiteau Beach (Plage de l'Aboiteau)

Aboiteau Beach was the first saltwater beach in Canada to get the blue flag certification (in 2018), and in 2023 it was the first beach in Eastern Canada to receive the Rainbow Registered certification. Aboiteau Beach has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. A short stroll along the boardwalk will take you anywhere you want to go. Walk the 5 km (3 mi.) long shoreline, go for a swim in the warm saltwater, or play a game of beach volleyball. You can also enjoy a delicious seafood dinner overlooking the ocean.

Crabbe Mountain

Crabbe Mountain boasts New Brunswick's largest and highest vertical drop, and some of the best skiing and snowboarding terrain in Atlantic Canada. There are 32 alpine trails and glades and 2 terrain parks with something for everyone. We also have over 30 km (18 mi.) of classic Nordic-skiing and snowshoe trails. We offer rental equipment, a repair shop, cafeteria, retail shop, lounge, ATM and more.

Creek Village Gallery

Creek Village Gallery and Café is an art and fine craft co-op. Work by 40 local artists and artisans, including original art and prints, stationery, pottery, jewellery, wrought iron, soaps, soy candles and fibre arts, woodcarving and bowls, stained glass and fabric fashion accessories. There are onsite demonstrations. Our café serves teas and specialty coffees. The menu includes onsite prepared soups, sandwiches, muffins, cookies and desserts. There are organic, vegetarian and vegan options.

Vista Ridge Cottages & Suites

Vista Ridge cottages are located in the village of Alma, adjacent to Fundy National Park. Our cottages overlook the mighty tides of the Bay of Fundy and are open year round. The cottages are pet friendly and feature three separate bedrooms, full kitchen and bath, electric fire place, satellite television, wireless Internet and private campfire pits. Ideally situated, the cottages are within walking distance to village shops, restaurants and Alma Beach.

As the only Jewish museum in the Atlantic Provinces, we share the story of the Saint John Jewish community from 1783 to the present day. Dominion Hill Country Inn

Once an 1870s farmhouse, now a boutique country inn, Dominion Hill is nestled amongst 60 acres of private rolling hills where the river meets the sea in coastal New Brunswick. Irishtown Nature Park

Irishtown Nature Park offers kilometres of maintained trails. Interpretive signage showcasing the park as the city's first water supply is installed along a multi-use trail accessible for walkers, joggers, wheelchairs and cycling. Trails are groomed for walking in the winter. The park's trails are also excellent for bird watching. A feeding station maintained year-round attracts many species: chickadees, nuthatches, yellow finches, purple finches, hairy and downy woodpeckers, and doves.

Paquetville (Hautes-Terres)
