Inch Arran Trailer Park

The Inch Arran Park is a beautiful and low-insect campsite. The main attraction of our campsite is its location; it offers a magnificent view of over the Baie of Chaleur. It offers a mix of natural beauty and ancient heritage where you are next to a beach that is just perfect for games, safe bathing, water sports for all ages, and close to the countryside which offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventure and activities.

Miscou Island

Windswept Natural Sanctuary The road less travelled leads here... to shores of untouched, unspoiled and uncommon beauty. This coastal island is home to spectacular beaches, fascinating trails and vast peat bogs that turns scarlet red in the fall. From the Municipal Visitor Information Centre at the entrance of Miscou (9742, Route 113) to the historic lighthouse facing the ocean at the very tip of the island, you will experience the peaceful remoteness of a place like no other.

Aboiteau Beach (Plage de l'Aboiteau)

Aboiteau Beach was the first saltwater beach in Canada to get the blue flag certification (in 2018), and in 2023 it was the first beach in Eastern Canada to receive the Rainbow Registered certification. Aboiteau Beach has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. A short stroll along the boardwalk will take you anywhere you want to go. Walk the 5 km (3 mi.) long shoreline, go for a swim in the warm saltwater, or play a game of beach volleyball. You can also enjoy a delicious seafood dinner overlooking the ocean.

Crabbe Mountain

Campbell Carriage Factory Museum

PROVINCIAL HERITAGE PLACE Originally built as a tannery then converted to a carriage factory in 1855 by the Campbell family and operated until 1949, the site was restored and converted to a museum in 1999. The factory is an outstanding example of 19th century manufacturing and the only existing original carriage factory in Canada. The site is dedicated to “The Horse Era of Tantramar.”

Grand Manan Island - White Head Island Ferry

White Head Island is accessible several times a day from Grand Manan Island at Ingalls Head via the MV William Frankland Ferry. The crossing (approximately 20 minutes) is free of charge. The ferry carries 45 passengers and 9 cars. White Head Island is a quiet fishing community of approximately 180 residents. The 6-km (4-mi.) road goes around two-thirds of the island. A lighthouse, sandy beach and rocky coast are found on the island, an excellent location for birdwatching, hiking, and biking.

As the only Jewish museum in the Atlantic Provinces, we share the story of the Saint John Jewish community from 1783 to the present day. Functional stoneware pottery. Crimmins Pottery has been part of the New Brunswick craft community since 1970. “Much of how and where we live is captured in our work; our lives are constantly changing and being influenced by the work we do.”Visitors can watch the work in progress, enjoy the outdoor-deck gallery and sculpture garden, and browse the pottery shop which is brimming with creative pieces suitable for any setting.

You’re invited to the Taymouth Community Market where you’ll discover a variety of sweet treats, handmade crafts and other goodies!
