Inch Arran Lighthouse (Bon Ami)

This 1870 lighthouse stands on a point with a panoramic view of Chaleur Bay. Originally called the Bon Ami Point Light, it was converted to a range light in 1972 and is still active. The original wooden, salt-shaker tower has a unique ‘birdcage' lantern. It's a perfect spot for birdwatching and it's also just 100 m (328 ft.) from beautiful Inch Arran Park, where you'll find a sandy beach, campground, food, gift shop and a Visitor Information Centre. Mactaquac Provincial Park

The Four-Season PlaygroundOpen for all four seasons, Mactaquac Provincial Park offers many outdoor activities to explore. Situated amongst an expansive woodland, this 1,300-acre riverside playground along the scenic Saint John River offers many outdoor recreational activities, along with an extensive network of hiking trails to explore and a tranquil beaver pond nature reserve. From golfing on the 18-hole championship golf course to camping, freshwater beaches and treetop aerial adventures, there is always an adventure to be had at the park.

Camping Murraywood

Camping Shippagan Beach

Sheltered by forest onshore and by islands offshore, this lovely unsupervised saltwater beach offers a boating and aquatic centre and a campground with serviced sites, as well as change houses, washrooms, parking, a playground, splash pad, a picnic area, seaside boardwalk and a marina. Stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals are available, as well as recreational fishing and miniature golf.

Richiboucto Head Lighthouse

This attractive 1864 lighthouse has an original wooden salt-shaker tower with alterations done in 1988. This active lighthouse is located on an elevated bluff overlooking the Northumberland Strait. There is a working wharf within view of the lighthouse, it's adjacent to cottages and a campground and Cap-Lumière Beach is nearby. This is a good seaside picnic location. Driving directions: Routes 11 and 134, then Route 505 to Cap-Lumière Road.

Covered Bridge Golf & Country Club

Camping on the edge of the saltwater beach, accessible by a boardwalk. One of the places where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets on the Acadian Peninsula. The campground is located next to the wharf, where lobster fisherman dock. Playground for children, gazebo with picnic tables, washroom facilities (restrooms and showers). Striped bass fishing in season. Total of sites : 16 (with and without service)
