Established five generations ago, this 50-acre family-operated maple grove is located 400 metres above sea level in the Appalachian Mountains in north-western New Brunswick. This location is ideal for the growth of sugar maples and for the harvesting of a sap of superior quality. Its long boiling time at low heat over a wood fire provides unique and refined flavours. Kasakayak

Family owned and operated Old Town kayak and canoe rentals, Kasakayak is located in Saint-Joseph de Madawaska, NB and was founded in 2013 on the banks of the Green River. Two popular river runs are offered: the Remous tourneux to Lunts Brook, and the Second Sault to Prime bridge. In addition, an shuttle service back to your vehicle is available after your ride.

150th Anniversary Heritage Room Museum

Legacy of Saint-François-de-Madawaska's 150th anniversary festivities, this museum was left to the community in 2009 with an aim of keeping the region's heritage alive for generations to come. The collection of artifacts, religious objects and belongings from pioneers and their descendants present the community's rich history.

Boultenhouse Heritage Centre

New Brunswick boasts a strong shipbuilding tradition. Visitors to Sackville can explore this aspect of the province's industrial past at Boultenhouse Heritage Centre, named after the town's most prolific shipwright, Christopher Boultenhouse. The centre consists of three buildings — a Georgian style house built by the Bulmer family circa 1790, a house built in the Greek revival style in 1840 by Boultenhouse, and the Anderson Octagonal House circa 1855.

Gravel Island Park

Located on the banks of the St. Croix River, Gravel Island Park is the perfect place if you love canoeing and backwoods camping. Featuring 3 tent sites and 6 trailer sites along with a put-in launch for canoes/kayaks. Located close to Scott Brook Provincial Park, a great way to spend the day is to canoe from one park to the other.

Southwest Head Lighthouse

Whales, porpoises, seabirds, spectacular sunsets, hiking trails – these and more can be seen daily from towering rock cliffs guarded by Grand Manan's Southwest Head Lighthouse. Originally built in 1880, this active lighthouse was replaced with a concrete structure in 1989. You can access dramatic hiking trails from this area, but please be careful. The cliff area is dangerous and requires caution. This is a definite ''must-see'' on Grand Manan Island!
