Pointe-Sapin Lighthouse (Rear Range)

This 1903 salt-shaker style lighthouse has a yellow navigation light. It is located on the Acadian Coastal Drive, 8 km (5 mi.) north of Kouchibouguac National Park of Canada, located on a very small parcel of land adjacent to residential properties. For your enjoyment, there is a beach across the road. There is limited parking. This lighthouse is operational and an active aid to navigation. It has a square white pyramidal shaped wooden tower with a red-square lantern and a red-vertical stripe on the corner facing the alignment.

Dobson Trail (Riverview to Alma)

The Dobson Trail is a footpath that starts on Pine Glen Road in the town of Riverview and continues through the Albert County Caledonia Highlands to the eastern boundary of Fundy National Park. The first 2 km (1.25 mi.) of the trail bed are maintained to Park standards and are wheelchair accessible. The initial section also has a guide wire for the visually challenged. The remaining section is maintained to Appalachian Trail Standards. The trail can be hiked in 3 days and is used in all seasons by hikers, snowshoers and backcountry skiers.

Inch Arran Lighthouse (Bon Ami)

This 1870 lighthouse stands on a point with a panoramic view of Chaleur Bay. Originally called the Bon Ami Point Light, it was converted to a range light in 1972 and is still active. The original wooden, salt-shaker tower has a unique ‘birdcage' lantern. It's a perfect spot for birdwatching and it's also just 100 m (328 ft.) from beautiful Inch Arran Park, where you'll find a sandy beach, campground, food, gift shop and a Visitor Information Centre.
