The Centre de documentation et d'études madawaskayennes (CDEM) was established to facilitate research for people interested in the development of the Madawaska region.It contains several categories of documents in various forms: students' work, theses, photographs, genealogy records, sound recordings, documents from individuals and organizations, student newspapers, "La Revue de la Société historique du Madawaska," "Le Madawaska" on microfilm and research reports on a variety of projects, including La Fouille Brayonne, À la découverte de la République and Objectif Quatre.The CDEM also has 80 archival holdings that represent a major contribution to research. The Centre de documents et d'études madawaskayennes is available to anyone interested in learning more about the Madawaska region.
