This is a place to see... to learn... to explore. It's the perfect spot for birdwatching, as well as a wonderful place to learn more about wetlands and conservation. At the centre, nestled on the north bank of the Saint John River, you can stand on the deck and marvel as you spot osprey, waterfowl, and even a Bald Eagle or two! You can also enjoy the lovely view of the city of Fredericton, directly across the river. Friendly staff, with the help of hands-on exhibits, will answer your questions. Built with donations of material and time, this centre is a true community venture. Since opening its doors in 1996, more than 10,000 visitors have crossed the threshold.
Travel Advisory: Due to an extreme wildfire risk, forest activities are paused in New Brunswick. Stay up to date on current conditions and closures by visiting the Fire Watch information page.
