The Sackville Arts Walk is a map-guided walking tour of cultural highlights in downtown Sackville. Featuring artists and artworks, sculpture and paintings, stained glass and architecture, visits to craft and art galleries as well as buildings of unique architectural design.
The Town of Sackville was designated a 2008 Cultural Capital of Canada by Heritage Canada. Several new artists works were installed in that year, and a Sackville Arts Wall of Fame was created. Artists featured on the walk, many of whom are internationally renowned, have contributed to Sackville's landscape both past and present. A brief description of each of the 26 sites is provided with an easy-to-follow map.
Arts Walk maps are available at the Sackville Visitor Information Centre and at downtown Sackville shops.
