The Steeves House Museum is a vital stop for those interested in Canada's Confederation, the Steeves Family, and the Village of Hillsborough. In 1812 Joseph Steeves, grandson of 1766 settlers, built this home. His son, William Henry Steeves, became a Father of Confederation. The house was later home to managers of the Gypsum Company; then in 1982, it became a museum, which contains thousands of enchanting artifacts. Available: tours, genealogy, grounds, and room for rental.

Located in the former school of the Village of Saint-Joseph (1926), this museum features a collection of artifacts and photographs about the life of Acadians in the region of Memramcook, the “cradle of New Acadia”. The thematic exhibit commemorates the first Acadian National Convention held in 1881 in Memramcook. The museum is also an ideal starting point of an itinerary that takes the visitor on a journey through the rich history of Memramcook.

Moonshine Creek Distillery was established in 2018. The distillery is a family run business by two brothers, Joshua Jacob Henderson Clark and Jeremiah Jonah Henderson Clark. Their grandfather was a long time bootlegger in the area. This inspired the brothers to start a legal moonshine distillery that uses local ingredients, colloquialisms and history to make their various moonshine flavours and character. Tastings offered daily.

Museum of the Religious Hospitallers of St. Joseph

A permanent exhibition attests to the presence of the Religious Hospitallers of Saint Joseph and their works in Saint-Basile from 1873. Artifacts were, at one time or another, used by the sisters' community at the hospital and in the classrooms. The museum is located in the Heritage room, under the chapel of the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Joseph, which is a Provincial Historic Site now a seniors' residence and nursing home.
