Cap-Acadie (Cap-Pelé) Visitor Information Centre

Stop at the Cap-Acadie Visitor Information Centre in Cap-Pelé to receive information about this region of the province, such as travel assistance, itinerary planning, and information about events, attractions and festivals.The Centre has a souvenir boutique and is located on a historic site, where the first inhabitants of Cap-Pelé settled in 1804. The building resembles a herring smokehouse and houses a Smokehouse Museum.

Joseph B. Michaud Blacksmith Museum

This historic museum displays antique tools and equipment used in the blacksmithing profession. It is located in a former blacksmith shop once owned by Joseph B. Michaud, who plied his trade for 62 years. Free entrance, but donations are welcome. The museum highlights the trade of blacksmith; its impressive collection of artefacts show the changes brought by the transition from horse power to engines.

Mont Farlagne Outdoor Centre

Mont Farlagne is a four-season outdoor recreation facility located minutes of downtown Edmundston and plenty of lodging. In the winter: alpine skiing and snowboarding with 22 runs, snow park, lift-serviced snow tubing, snowshoeing, and fat bike. In the summer, spring and fall: mountain biking and other outdoor recreational events/activities. Equipment rental and pro shop on site. The centre can also host social/special events on demand.

Full-service RV sites (30/50 amp) welcome big rigs; tent trailers and unserviced tenting available. Near Hopewell Rocks, Fundy NP, Alma, Cape Enrage and Moncton—gateway to kayaking, beaches, ziplining and local seafood.

Château Scoudouc Maple Products

Our boutique at Château Scoudouc, open year round, will make you discover our delicious syrup and more than 25 other maple products. You can go for a stroll in the sugar bush and enjoy the nature, or take a guided tour for an insider's look at the maple production process inside and outside the facilities. We also serve cheesecakes, coffees and ice cream on site and also on our terrasse. Taffy on snow is served during the maple season.

St. Croix River

The St. Croix River is 185 km (115 mi.) of water that runs from Monument Brook and North Lake to St. Andrews and to the Passamaquoddy Bay, to the Bay of Fundy. This Canadian Heritage River marks the international boundary between New Brunswick and the State of Maine in the USA. The Peskotomuhkati Nation and other First Peoples have lived along the river for more than 4000 years.

Sugarloaf Provincial Park Ski Hill

Visit Sugarloaf Provincial Park for your next skiing adventure! You will find 13 Alpine ski trails ranging from beginner to expert, one quadruple chairlift, 2 T-bars and one pony lift. The ski slope has a vertical drop of 155 m (507 ft.) with the longest run at 1,070 m (3,510 ft.). The hill also includes a terrain park with exciting features, great for all the freeride enthusiasts. A ski school with certified instructors for alpine skiing and snowboarding is open for your convenience, with safety provided by the Canadian Ski Patrol. Helmets are mandatory at Sugarloaf.

Located in the beautiful Memramcook Valley, the Memramcook Visitor Information Centre is in the same building as the Monument Lefebvre National Historic Site, which houses an exhibit on the Acadian renaissance. To enhance your travel experience, the VIC staff will be happy to answer questions and provide counselling and information about the region's events and attractions. Kedgwick Pioneer Tower

The Pioneer tower was built for the Kedgwick centennial in 2015. In the tower, the pioneer tree pays tribute to the pioneer families of our community. The 11-metre (37-feet) high tree has more than 8000 maple leaves. In the tower you will also find a display, a visitor information centre, a gift shop and other works of art.

The Charlotte County Museum is a unique, semi-guided walk through the history of Charlotte County, New Brunswick. The museum's mission is to preserve and promote the rich history and heritage of Charlotte County through the exhibition of historically significant artifacts, photos and stories.
