Grand Manan Museum

Community-owned museum with collections and exhibits reflecting many aspects of the island's fishery, navigation, cultural history, and natural sciences. It houses over 24 permanent exhibits, including the Allan Moses Gallery of 300 taxidermy birds and a touch screen of bird calls. Recent additions include marine tidal murals and new outdoor exhibits. The tax-free shop features the varied work of many Maritime artisans. Public evening programmes in both arts and sciences run twice weekly throughout July and August.

Cocagne Lighthouse (Front Range)

This 1907, original wooden salt-shaker tower is easy to find. It sits practically on the roadside of Route 134, adjacent to the Cocagne Bridge. Although the interior of the lighthouse is not open to the public, this is a great place to stop for a picnic, as tables are provided on site. There's also an excellent fish market just across the road, a gift shop next door and a jewellery shop nearby. The lighthouse is not active.

Saint John Arts Centre

The Saint John Arts Centre is a community arts facility dedicated to promoting arts and culture through touring and local exhibitions of fine arts and crafts. The centre hosts live performances, lectures, workshops and cultural events. The centre has 5 galleries, which change exhibits every 6 to 8 weeks. A mini-theatre, workshop rooms, pottery and printmaking studios, and meeting rooms are also on site. It is housed in the historic Carnegie building in Saint John.

Christ Church Cathedral

Established in 1978, the Pointe-du-Chêne Yacht Club “PCYC” is located in Shediac, New Brunswick, on the western side of the Northumberland Strait and within walking distance of several restaurants, boutiques, and attractions such as the well-known Parlee Beach. Vessels are enclosed in a marina setting and we offer convenient, affordable berthing from May until October. The yacht club is operated by a manager and guided by an elected board of directors. The centre was established in 1998 to promote wetland conservation through education. The 15-hectare (37-acre) site provides quality habitat for an amazing diversity of life and functions as an outdoor classroom for the local schools. Killarney Lake Park

This picturesque park has supervised freshwater swimming, a sandy beach, washrooms and change rooms. It features approximately 30 km (18.6 mi.) of walking trails around the lake with connections to additional trails. In the winter months there are approximately 12.5 km (8 mi.) of groomed trails perfect for cross-country skiing and lots of open space for hiking or snowshoeing. Killarney Lake Rotary Centennial Lodge is situated across the lake from the beach area. It can accommodate group meetings, weddings and receptions.
