It is located on the Acadian Coastal Drive, 8 km (5 mi.) north of Kouchibouguac National Park of Canada, located on a very small parcel of land adjacent to residential properties. For your enjoyment, there is a beach across the road. There is limited parking. This lighthouse is operational and an active aid to navigation. It has a square white pyramidal shaped wooden tower with a red-square lantern and a red-vertical stripe on the corner facing the alignment.
