For many years, this colourful Edmundston personality searched for gold on the mountain's western slope, in what is now known as "Bob Leboeuf's Mine." Located in an old CP railway station built in 1930, the building was completely renovated in 2005. The centre is located next to a cycling trail connecting the city of Edmundston, New Brunswick, to Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec and near the popular pedestrian bridge that crosses the Madawaska River, leading to the downtown area. The centre also offers a souvenir shop, picnic tables, a playground and a dog park nearby.

Estimated Tidal Bore times online and at the Visitor Information Centre beside Bore Park, downtown Moncton. Please note: Many factors may affect the time of the Bore by 15 to 20 minutes before or after the scheduled arrival time. Arrive early!

Saint-Isidore Museum

Nestled in the village of Saint-Isidore in the open country lands of the Acadian Peninsula, this museum was founded in 1980 in a former general store built in 1910. Visitors go through a timeline depicting the colonial and agricultural history of northeastern New Brunswick from the 1800s, using Saint-Isidore's historical land settlement by farmers as an example. The nearby baroque church, designated Provincial Heritage Place, is considered one of the Maritimes' most beautiful churches.

The Pioneer tower was built for the Kedgwick centennial in 2015. In the tower, the pioneer tree pays tribute to the pioneer families of our community. New Brunswick Internment Camp Heritage Museum

The only museum in Canada dealing with Second World War internment of Jews, Germans, Italians, and Canadians; it has over 600 artifacts (paintings, furniture, wood carvings, photos, and more) and a scale model of the New Brunswick Internment Camp. The project was born when Ed Caissie, a Minto teacher, was developing alternate programs for at-risk students. There is an historic walking trail at the original site in Ripples, 32 km (20 mi.) from Fredericton on Route 10.
