Ideally located to explore the major attractions in Southeastern New Brunswick. We offer spacious fully serviced sites (30 or 50 amps), including pull-through sites, to accommodate the largest recreational vehicles in the industry. For your enjoyment, we have the award winning heated saltwater pool, a soccer field, volleyball court and two playgrounds. We have a floating dock to launch kayaks, boards and canoes. And the beach is just a short walk away.

Family-run campground on 10 ha (25 acres) with a 4-ha (10-acre) open field overlooking the beautiful Bouctouche Bay. Just 3 km (2 mi.) from the town of Bouctouche on Route 475. The campground features large, mostly seasonal sites and a gravel road and pad. Firewood for sale on site. Comb the beach or even try your hand at clam digging. Sentiers Madawaska Trails

Bike through the spectacular foothills and backcountry connected with the Appalachian mountain range. Just 2 minutes from downtown Edmundston, the Madawaska Trails network is real mountain terrain (Total descent: 1589 metres). 60 kilometres of singletrack trails (7 beginner, 9 intermediate and 4 expert) built according to IMBA specifications by the Velo Edmundston passionate volunteers thanks to generous landowners. There is an XCM endurance race (Le Petit Sault 15/30/60) and an Olympic XCO race every summer. A great way to enjoy nature in the Madawaska backcountry.

Deer Island - Campobello Island Ferry

Privately operated, toll ferries run between Deer Island and Campobello Island. Sail beautiful Passamaquoddy Bay, a unique corner of the Bay of Fundy. Join us for a day trip around the Quoddy Loop. Our service is the link that makes the loop complete. "The Old Sow," the largest tidal whirlpool in North America, can be seen from Deer Island Point Park, near our ferry landing. After Labour Day our schedule depends on weather and traffic volume. You might want to call ahead if travelling during this period.

This beautiful convent built in 1880 and overlooking Bouctouche Bay is now a provincial historic site. Visit this architectural treasure and learn about the history of the place, tour exhibits and find quilts, crafts and various items available to purchase at the shop. You can even go up the convent tower to ring the bell.

Maple Shade Suite

Maple Shade is a historic, 1850's Victorian Home, in the center of Sussex. It is a fully furnished suite that can accommodate individuals, couples, families and groups. The suite has 3 spacious bedrooms. New Brunswick Internment Camp Heritage Museum

The only museum in Canada dealing with Second World War internment of Jews, Germans, Italians, and Canadians; it has over 600 artifacts (paintings, furniture, wood carvings, photos, and more) and a scale model of the New Brunswick Internment Camp. The project was born when Ed Caissie, a Minto teacher, was developing alternate programs for at-risk students. There is an historic walking trail at the original site in Ripples, 32 km (20 mi.) from Fredericton on Route 10.
