Travel Inspo Unleashed
As a team, we recently visited the wonders of Northern New Brunswick. Going from Miramichi River, to Bathurst, all the way through Campbellton and Edmundston, we experienced first-hand all the best offerings of the regions.
Miramichi
In the Miramichi Region, we soaked up the charm of the Atlantic Salmon Museum, the Metepenagiag Heritage Park, and immersed ourselves in the #CharacterMattersMiramichi tour in French Fort Cove. The team couldn't resist ending the night with views at Ritchie Wharf.
Bathurst
Bright and early, the team set off to explore the Chaleur Region, travelling to their stunning beaches, Gowan Brae Golf Course, and Pabineau Falls. The team finished off the evening with wood-fired pizza by Pizza 13 and a stop at Four Rivers Brewery. The region ticked all our boxes.
Campbellton
Midweek found us in Campbellton, where we had lunch from Krave Kitchen at the beautiful Restigouche Experience Center. This architectural delight mimics a cozy fishing lodge, and its location along the historical Restigouche River adds to the allure of the venue. We made a pit stop at Sugarloaf Provincial Park, which offers year-round fun for all. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the Adrenaline Bike Fest in July – it's going to be a “wheelie” good time!
Edmundston
Next was Edmundston, where we took a stroll through the Republique Provincial Park and Botanical Gardens, visited Ateepic, the brand-new brewery at Edmundston Golf Club, and spent the night at the Grey Rock Quality Hotel. We stopped by the Centre d’interprétation des voies ferrées, where owner Guy took us on a miniature train journey through his museum. On the way back to Fredericton, we made a quick pit stop at the awe-inspiring Grand Falls Gorge. Unforgettable!
