Napier House

Nestled amidst lush gardens, the historic Napier House offers four rooms and a two-bedroom apartment for rent daily or weekly. The decor is in keeping with the age and style of the house (built circa 1915) but with all modern amenities.

Connors Bros. Nature Preserve at Pea Point

Located in the picturesque fishing village of Blacks Harbour near the Grand Manan Island ferry, Connors Bros. Nature Preserve at Pea Point is a beautiful example of the diversity and ecological significance linked to the world-famous Bay of Fundy tides. Explore the natural and geological features found in the preserve and along the 2 km (1.2 mi) stretch of coastline. Feel free to cross to the Pea Point Lighthouse (first lit in 1878) on Pea Island during low tide, but keep your eye on the tides to avoid getting stuck!

The breathtaking surroundings allow you to admire Chaleur Bay, one of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World. Live entertainment at the outdoor pavilion in July and August.

Woodstock Heritage Walking Tour

The Woodstock Victorian Heritage Walking Tour showcases the history of New Brunswick's first town, from the time of incorporation in 1856. This self-guided tour begins at the L. P. Fisher Public Library and finishes at the Honourable Charles Connell House. There are 40 properties in the tour, including the exterior of Victorian homes and civic buildings on the downtown residential streets. Pick up your free copy of the tour guide at the L. P. Fisher Public Library, Honourable Charles Connell House or Town Hall.

Long Eddy Point Lighthouse ("The Whistle")

This is one of the best places on Grand Manan to view whales, porpoises and seabirds as they feed in the rip tides below the cliffs. Bald eagles are also common in the area. Periwinkles and dulse are picked along the shores below the lighthouse, and visitors can watch lobster, scallop and herring fishing depending on the season. This lighthouse, known locally as "The Whistle," was originally established in 1873. The current square concrete building and tower was constructed in 1971.

Beaverbrook Art Gallery

The Beaverbrook Art Gallery in Fredericton, is Atlantic Canada’s largest art gallery and a major Canadian cultural institution. Founded in 1959 by Lord Beaverbrook, it houses an internationally recognized collection of Canadian, Indigenous, British, and international art, including works by Dalí, Turner, Emily Carr, and Tom Thomson. Visitors can explore dynamic exhibitions, hands-on workshops, and the Bruno Bobak Artist in Residence Studio, plus enjoy the café and curated boutique.

Blackie's Farm Market

Blackie's Veggies is a 5-ha (12-acre) farm producing top quality vegetables. Every vegetable at the stand is grown on the farm and hand-picked on a daily basis by the farmers themselves, ensuring freshness and best quality. Come and try some of "Blackie's Awesome Corn". Follow the signs at the end of the road as you drive up the long farm driveway. In the fall, choose that special pumpkin from hundreds that come straight from the pumpkin patch. The Blackies also have a flock of 50 registered purebred British-style Suffolk sheep on their farm as well as a yarn shop.

McAdam (Wauklehegan) Lake Campground

Enjoy the cool breeze whisking through the pines and our breathtaking sunsets on Wauklehegan Lake. McAdam Campground on Wauklehegan Lake offers peaceful wilderness camping at its finest on the shore of a beautiful lake. All sites are nestled between large pines, some overlooking the lake. Government House

NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE AND PROVINCIAL HERITAGE PLACE This building had been a hospital and a barracks for World War I soldiers, and for more than 50 years it housed RCMP headquarters. Today, it has been restored and returned to its former glory and is once more in use as the official residence of New Brunswick's Lieutenant-Governor.
