The Snow Bears Cross Country Ski Club is proud to provide top quality ski trails. 15 km (9 mi.) of freshly groomed trails are ready for either classic or freestyle techniques. Difficulty ranges from beginner to expert. 5.5-m (18-ft.) wide double-track trails with skate skiing in the middle lane. Ski trails are accessible from the Nepisiguit River Company, where washrooms and a changing room facility are available to trail users during opening hours. See you on the trails!

The Sugar Bush – La Causerie is nestled in the woods on a 51-ha (125-acre) property, surrounded by Maple trees. The trees are tapped annually in early spring, perfect for making the popular sweet and tasty maple syrup treats. Taffy-on-the-snow is offered weekends in our outdoor area, and a breakfast buffet is offered from March to early May. The sugar bush is a popular destination for 4-wheelers throughout the year and for snowmobile enthusiasts during the winter.

Sureau Blanc Cross Country Ski Club

The Sureau Blanc Cross Country Ski Club started in 1980 in a small cabin in the woods. It now has a lodge with heat, power and kitchenette, 13 km (8 mi.) of cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails. This very active and dynamic club is managed by a committee of volunteers. Their goal: getting people to enjoy winter by offering quality trails, interesting programs and fun activities. The club takes part yearly in many regional, provincial and national competitions and events.

The centre was established in 1998 to promote wetland conservation through education. The 15-hectare (37-acre) site provides quality habitat for an amazing diversity of life and functions as an outdoor classroom for the local schools. The Playhouse

The Playhouse was a gift from Lord and Lady Beaverbrook to the people of New Brunswick in 1964. The only performing arts facility of its kind in the province at that time, it served primarily as a road house for touring artists. An 18th-century Victorian home with artifacts from 1850 onward, including an original World War I Victory Flag.
