This spring we sent some NB love from sea to sea to sea using the Canada Post postage-paid postcards. We’re calling it the Great Canadian Recipe Swap. #GreatCanadianRecipeSwap
Nothing evokes a moment in time, better than the memories that come flooding back with a taste of a cherished NB recipe. With each of our neighbours in mind, we sent a recipe on the back of a postcard, and promises of reconnection when the time is right.
We would LOVE to receive one back in return from our greater Canadian family (and we’ll be sure to share if we do!). In the meantime, we encourage you to send one of your own favourites, to a Canadian friend or relative using your postcard.
We’ve included the ones we sent - below - so that you can fill that NB shaped hole in your stomach. We chose recipes from each corner of the province, and a variety of culinary traditions because it’s hard to capture NB in one dish. Which ones should we have included?
